This retreat is designed to allow you the space to slow down and listen to your inner self and deepest desires. Through moments of community with other women, and time spent on self reflection, you’ll come home to yourself again, strengthen your mental resilience, and see potential for a new path forward.
Who will be there?
Along with Dr. Gertrude and her right-hand woman Ashley, you’ll be surrounded by other women who are seeking the same thing as you— a chance to dig deep, reflect, and create change in their own lives.
We also partner with a local healers, leaders, chefs, and venues to curate an experience that is honoring of Mexican culture, and offers you a one of a kind moments you would not find otherwise.
